LLevo mucho tiempo que me sale este problema de vez en cuando, cuando creo curvas, manejo un poco los vertices o roto un solido. No sé a alguien más le sucede y espero alguna solución, ya que es un problema que realmente me cansa, porque a veces me sale demasiados. En el Batch Compiler, en la pestaña CSG, marcá el parámetro Clip Type y seleccioná Precise. Además de esto, compilá en Vis: Full, supongo que eso lo tenés marcado, pero marcá lo anterior también. Si no se soluciona con eso, te recomiendo usar directamente los ZHLT, a mi también me ha pasado este tipo de errores con los Vluzacn's ZHLT.
