Ese error se puede dar por distintas cosas.. Se puede dar por tener una cantidad excedida de entidades (ya vengan del mapa o de plugins), o por muchos wads (aunque por lo que veo no hay muchos pero la resolucion de las imagenes del wad son muy grandes para el cs). Tambien se puede dar por excedidos sonidos en el mapa, o porque una entidad de sonido tiene mal el nombre del .wav. Tambien se puede dar por un sprite muy estirado..

A veces tambien se da por muchos plugins en server, asique si tenes muchos plugins te recomiendo pausear todos los plugin y mandar tu mapa
