Make a new wad with the jpg you need. Don't forget to change the name of each jpg files to not have problem with official wads.

When you have errors with Alt+P, you should repair before compil. After, you can have error during the compilation. Put your log file here. When i want make a map, i compile with hammer before for test and then i compile with Orbital Batch Compiler ( better and easier than Batch compiler ) for final release and Wadinclude. ):

It's a remake ( with original rmf, not hacking of this map : http://www.17buddies.net/17b2/View/Map/275/de_hacienda.html and the original mapper ask me to work on the texture & optimisation. I don't remember exactly the wpolys but near 1200-1400 and for the original map, it's 1800-2200 wp ):
